Slasher Sock 2.0 is durable, warm, and really easy to work with. This blend of soft 75% superwash virgin wool and 25% nylon is versatile enough to be used for projects that call for a sturdy yarn that can take a beating. Slasher 2.0 is softer than most commercial 75/25 blend yarns out there. However, virgin wool is coarser than purely Merino yarn. Slasher is soft enough for durable garments as well as socks, blankets, and crochet projects.

This version replaces our old Slasher Sock and has the same characteristics. It takes the dye very vividly, is smooth to work with and comes in slightly shorter wound skeins.
