Shipping FAQ

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and the location your order is shipped to. The total amount for shipping is added in the final step of checkout.  

Do you combine orders? 

In very rare occasions we will combine shipping. Please contact us if your shipping for multiple orders needs to be combined.

What are your dispatch days? 

We send out orders on Tuesdays. Orders placed up till and including the Sunday before will be included in sending out the following Tuesday.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

Average Delivery Time: 

Netherlands: 2 - 5 working days 

Europe: 1 - 2 weeks 

North America: 2 - 6 weeks 

Asia & Australia: 3 - 6 weeks 

No rights can be derived from these estimates. Depending on the shipping company, time of year and other shenanigans like strikes, floods, and zombie apocalypses, your order may arrive sooner or later.

Can you track my order for me?

If you chose tracked shipping, you have gotten a tracking number by email. If you think something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look into it.

We advise you to always go for insured shipping for your orders.

We ship all parcels with the domestic agent, PostNL.

Orders are transferred to PostNL's delivery partners once they leave the Netherlands. 

The responsibility of finding out which partner will handle the delivery to your door is on you, the customer.

All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the location of the shipping address. 

Only orders that are sent with an INSURED shipping method will be refunded or replaced in case your order goes missing during shipping.

If you opt for uninsured shipping, you accept that you are not eligible for a refund or replacement item.
