How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and the location your order is shipped to. You can calculate your shipping costs before checkout on your Cart Page (the shipping calculator becomes visible when there are items in your cart). 


What is vacuum sealed shipping?

We offer an uninsured, untracked shipping option for smaller orders (up to 200 grams) that will be sent out vacuum sealed. This means your yarn will arrive in a flat envelope with all air sucked out.


I don't see the vacuum sealed option for my country

If you don't see the uninsured shipping option when you're checking out that means that shipping it insured is actually the cheapest option. Especially our customers in Europe will notice this, since we're Amsterdam based and ship via DPD to most European countries.


Do you combine orders? 

Due to the volume of orders, we do not combine separate orders unless specifically stated otherwise.

What are your dispatch days?

We ship once per week on Tuesday. Orders that are placed BEFORE 11 AM CET will be included in this. 


How long does it take my order to arrive?

Average Delivery Time: 

Netherlands: 2 - 5 working days 

Europe: 1 - 2 weeks 

North America: 2 - 4 weeks 

Asia & Australia: 3 - 6 weeks 

No rights can be derived from these estimates. Depending on the shipping company, time of year and other shenanigans like strikes, floods, and zombie apocalypses, your order may arrive sooner or later.


Can you track my order for me?

Tracked shipping, you have gotten a tracking number by email. If you think something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look into it.

If you have opted for untracked shipping (vacuum sealed), we do not check where your order is in the shipping chain.

We advise you to always go for an insured option. In the end, that's the only way you will get you your money back in the unlikely case your parcel does escape.

return policies

We only accept returns after you have contacted us. If you want to cancel or return an item, for whatever reason, contact us through the contact form and we will start the return procedure; 


You may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund, shop credit or an exchange. 


Returns are only accepted if the items are unused. This means they need to be in the original state of receipt: Uncaked, without (pet) hairs or odors. 


Shipping cost for return orders are the customers responsibility, make sure you ave tracking information for your return. Once we receive the items we will process your refund or exchange within several business days. 

We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom made items (including dyed to order); 
  • Sale items;
  • Yarn Clubs;
  • Digital goods;
  • Lucky Dips / Body Bags / Final Girls.
