shipping faq's

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and the location your order is shipped to. You can calculate your shipping costs before checkout on your Cart Page (the shipping calculator becomes visible when there are items in your cart). 


Where did the Vacuum sealed shipping go?

Due to customs regulations, all wares sent abroad must be sent registered. This means that our vacuum sealed shipping of up to 2 skeins of yarn is no longer possible. 


Do you combine orders? 

Due to the volume of orders, we do not combine separate orders unless specifically stated otherwise.


What are your dispatch days? 

We always ship on Tuesday. Orders that are placed BEFORE 11 AM CET will be included in this. Incidentally we also ship items on other days, if time and space permits.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

Average Delivery Time: 

Netherlands: 2 - 5 working days 

Europe: 1 - 2 weeks 

North America: 2 - 4 weeks 

Asia & Australia: 3 - 6 weeks 

No rights can be derived from these estimates. Depending on the shipping company, time of year and other shenanigans like strikes, floods, and zombie apocalypses, your order may arrive sooner or later.


Can you track my order for me?

If you chose tracked shipping, you have gotten a tracking number by email. If you think something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll look into it.

If you have opted for untracked shipping, we can not check where your order is in the shipping chain.


We advise you to always go for at least a tracked option and highly advise insured shipping for your larger orders.

return policies

We only accept returns after you have contacted us. If you want to cancel or return an item, for whatever reason, contact us through the contact form and we will start the return procedure; 


You may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund, shop credit or an exchange. 


Returns are only accepted if the items are unused. This means they need to be in the original state of receipt: Uncaked, without (pet) hairs or odors. 


Shipping cost for return orders are the customers responsibility, make sure you have tracking information for your return. Once we receive the items we will process your refund or exchange within several business days. 

we do not accept returns of:

  • Custom made items (including dyed to order); 
  • Sale items;
  • Yarn Clubs;
  • Digital goods;
  • Lucky Dips / Body Bags / Final Girls / Island of Misfit Skeins.
