design with Undercover Otter

On this page you will find a few of the beautiful projects that have been launched by designers using using Undercover Otter yarn. Some of these designs are made with yarn purchased by the designer (with or without a designer discount) and some have been designed with yarn we have provided through our yarn support program.

want to collaborate with us?

We love collaborating with designers. Be they beginners or long since have left their marks in this beautiful field of work.

We especially encourage designers that are working on size inclusivity to approach us for yarn support.

As a plus size dame, I know how hard it can be to source enough yarn for a sweater, and from friends who design garments I've heard how hard it can be to start grading up patterns in plus sizes without having access to test knitters. For designers who provide the yarn to their test knitters, plus size grading can be a super costly adventure.

We are open to any type of fiber craft when it comes to yarn support.

Types of fiber arts we happily help support: Crochet, Knitting, Weaving, Spinning and Needle Felting. Don't let it discourage you if your fiber craft isn't listed. That just means I forgot it when I typed out this list.

Want to work together with us on a design you have in mind? Fill out the form on this page to apply for yarn support.

Talk me through the idea you have, what you want to do with it and how your ideal yarn support looks. We don't believe in a cookie cutter model for this and will work with every designer individually to see if we can work together.

contact us for yarn support

The more info you provide in this contact form, the easier you're making it for us to offer you yarn support. Things we'd love to know:

- The project you're planning (off course);

How much yarn you would need for it, in which base and what colorways;

- Preferred support type (some designers prefer a discount, others prefer a full sponsorship of all yarn);

Your website / ravelry / instagram / any other social media you want to share.
