Tourist Trap - Gnarly Marly Merino Superwash
By Undercover Otter
What if we made a pastel yellow? Well, then you end up with this abomination. After Aiden goes to town on it with a bazillion different colors of speckles (there's purple, toxic green, pink and black, amongst other things).
Once the yarn was dry though, we had to admit we fell for it. Hard. So hard that we're now trying to reverse engineer this recipe, in order to make it a repeatable colorway.
Gnarly Marly Superwash (Fingering):
This ridiculously fun 2-toned yarn base is made with soft and bouncy 100% Superwash Merino. One ply is white throughout the skein and the other strand goes from white to black and back again, making for a playful marled look, without turning into bakers twine.
