The colors of the Lesbian pride flag just really speak to us. If you've followed Aiden for a while, you know they have a passion for putting orange and pink together (much to Jack's chagrin). So when we were looking at the pride flags, this one was a no-brainer for Aiden and had to be dyed.
This colorway is based on the 2018 Lesbian flag
Although there are multiple versions of a Lesbian Pride Flag, this one—which has been created in 2018 by Emily Gwen—appears to be the one that’s most widely embraced. The seven different shades of pink, orange, white, and red were used to represent different types of femininity.
Our 2021 Pride-Month colorways are based on some of the colorful flags that make up the LGBTQI+ rainbow.
Part of the proceeds from these colorways are donated to Transfuzia, an organization in Europe that supports and educates trans people, allies, and the general public. They are also the organization behind formulating legislation that’s inclusive of trans people.
Large parts of Europe are still unsafe for LGBTQI+ people and Transfuzia is one of the organizations working on changing that.

As a fat fabulous creature, I (Aiden) know how hard it can be to source enough yarn to make myself a sweater. What takes the 'average' person 4 - 5 skeins, takes me at least 6 and usually around 8 skeins. (I'm between a 134 cm / 54 inch torso circumference).
It makes knitting or crocheting garments with hand dyed yarn a pretty costly adventure, which is why I am now offering discounts for yarn quantities that are above average.
This discount applies to all of our hand dyed yarns (that are not on sale), and can be combined between bases and colorways. You could make that top that uses a bajillion colors, or just pick the skeins for a single color project.
I'm not plus size. Can I use these discount codes?
We will not police purchases and I will not exclude people from this discount based on their size. Hell, I encourage everyone who wants to use these codes for their 5+ skein purchases to use it. The economy is tight enough as it is and society already does enough excluding, no need for me to tack on some more.
